Aerial Lift / Boom Lift / Man Lift / Scissor Lift Training
This Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, and Aerial Lift Certification Program is designed to provide the necessary skills required to safely operate the chosen lift, while also ensuring that the operator is knowledgeable of all of the provincial and national regulations and safety standards. Some of the topics covered in the program will be:
1. Potential Hazards
2. Operator Controls, including emergency controls
3. Safety Regulations
4. Pre-operation Inspections
5. Work site inspections
In the Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, and Aerial Lift course a student can expect to clearly demonstrate proper operation of the machine, including the safety devises associated with the particular machine. As a student, you will be evaluated on the following:
1. Ability to perform a daily inspection of the machine
2. Ability to perform a safety inspection of the entire work site
3. Ability to follow proper lifting procedures with the machine
4. Ability to pass the written examination
The course is designed to be completed in a short period of time. An experienced operator can expect to complete the course in 1 day, while a novice can expect to complete the course in 2 days.

2) SCISSOR LIFT, BOOM LIFT, AND AERIAL LIFT: RE-QUALIFICATION TRAINING
In order to keep your certification current, we offer a quick refresher program to ensure that you meet all of the necessary regulations. Some of the machines you can take the refresher program on are:
1. Aerial Booms - Straight or Articulated Booms
2. Aerial Platform (Scissor Lift Certification)
The entire refresher program will take less than 5 hours to complete.

3) SCISSOR LIFT, BOOM LIFT, AND AERIAL LIFT: IN-HOUSE INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
The Instructors Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, and Aerial Lift Certification Program is designed to meet the needs of all Aerial Platform Operators. This program will allow the student to gain the necessary skills to run an effective training program by introducing them to the principles of safe operation of an Aerial Platform Lift. The course will take approx. 2 days to complete (16 hours in total).
