Telehandler / Rotational Telehandler / Zoom Boom Training
The Telehandler / Rotating Telehandler Training training program is designed to meet the needs of telehandler operators. The course is suitable for all telehandler operators. The program focuses on: A) Safety Standards B) Steering and Maneuverability C) Inspecting your Telehandler D) Principles of Stability E) Fueling IC powered telehandlers.
Structure and Duration of Telehandler Course:
The Telehandler / Rotating Telehandler Training course consists of the following:
1. Classroom forklift driver training (Theory of telescopic handler operations)
2. Quiz on the operation of the telehandler as well as the regulations relating to the safe operation of the equipment.
3. Daily inspection procedure.
4. Site inspection for hazards.
5. Hands on field operations
6. Safe operation of the machine.
7. 1 Day Experienced Operators (8 hours)
8. 2 Day Novice Operators (16 hours)

2) Re-Qualification Training for Telehandlers
The Telehandler refresher program consists of in-class training on the theory of telehandler operations, as well as additional practice operating a telehandler. The course will take roughly 4-5 hours to complete.

3) In-House Instructor Training for Telehandlers
The In-House Instructor Training course for Telehandlers will introducing a student to the principles of safe operation of a telehandler. Among other things, the program will also teach a student how to present material in a classroom atmosphere and provide the student with the ability to effectively rate another operator�s driving skill.
